The wonderful Gor Gor!

U hv been a really wonderful Gor Gor! I know u r tryg ur very best ... U understand the Mei Mei 's need for attention n has been playg independently as much as u can. U r best at helping me turn the mobile for mei mei, to put the pacifier back onto the mouth when it drops off, to "yao yao" mei mei in the sarong, to pet her on her tummy when she dozes off to sleep land.. i am been extremely proud of u! Of course, u took a while to get used to it but much faster than I hv imagined! U were really cranky for a week when mummy n mei mei is in the hospital and when we came home.. but we worked that out really soon.. U r like a big boy now, I am enjoying the stay at home cos of u and mei mei ... really feel the bonds strengthening, so mummy hv decided to stay hm longer (another 5 months of unpaid leave - quite a bit of money but can never measure up to the joy u two brings!) Po po says that Mummy shld just let u 2 be more independent and leave u in the care of Kakak (Nin) but I choose to think otherwise, I just hope tt this bond would lasts us a lifetime especially during the times when u r growing older ...

Ms Spitter!

u little fella, u drink and u love to spit! I actually noticed that happening even when u r in the hospital, it's pretty normal for babies to regurgitate cos of the immature stomach muscles but u r throwing up too much ... even with smaller feeds, thank god, u r gaining weight, thus doc says it's ok.. even up to today (3 Apr) u do throw up still @ 6pm particularly n whenever u burp... cos of all these throwing up:( u have rashes all over ur face/behind ur ears/back .. )!!! I sincerely hope these r just milk rash n not ezcema.. still monitoring.. Auntie Youmin says to try applying ur urine to get rid of the milk rash (that's what she tried on Shannon), some parts clreared up but came back in no time! N they just keep multiplying! we hv been trying to change u out of the milk stains shirts and mittens and bibs n cleaning u after every feed, see how it goes...

The No. 4 first day @ home

Nai Nai waited with Gor Gor and Jie Jies @ home for u, mummy was worried and scared (ya, it's my 2nd time but ... ), i wasn't sure what to expect really.... with 2 5-yrs old, 1 1-yr old n 1 4-days old at home all at the same time.. :) well, the kids were all excited to see u, u came home and slept throughout.. Reality starts kicking in!

It's the day Dr Kee schedule to deliver u... Carrie Chai! This time round we checked in ourselves instead of waiting for labour signs, mummy was a little scared, it's a surgery after all, at 12noon, they got mummy ready before sending us as one to the op room, cant described how i felt but it was really like having very mixed feelings.. told myself to just wait and i will c u soon.. I looked at the clock just before the doc administer the GA, it says 1230hr, I fell into a deep sleep within milliseconds, when i next open my eyes, i wanted to say "quick, where's the doc? Get it doen quickly" but only to be told "IT'S DONE!" wow.. u r born @ 1246hr.. So short in comparision to Gor Gor's, he took me 24 hrs n u - 16 mins!

My "Xiao Bao Bei"

Hello dear, we'll be meeting in 2 weeks time, Dr Kee said u r very active and progressg well... I look super huge now, can u imagine a penguin wobbling around? Ur brother call me Kungfu Panda:) Still thinkg of a name for u:) Am always paranoid during this stage of pregnancy, Dr says will take u out on either the 9 / 10 feb, we'll see.. Grow well, we'll see u soon:P

My " Da Bao Bei"

It's been a while since I got really angry with u.. My patient had finally paid off. U speak in a gentler manner now, u know more about being gracious, ur willingness to share has increased tremendously. U make the last trimester of being pregnant with mei2 . U would hug her by putg forming a circle around tummy, u r so motivated n read ot her every evening [ur reading has improved tremendously too:) u r at Key to Readg Book 2 now ] Serioulsy, I hv nothing to grumble abt. I thank heaven for everyhting u r nu shld remember this now, u r truly godsend .. of course still keepg muy fingers crossed, as the growing up phase is always full of surprises, really... u r truly god sent....... i love u so much.

Little terror!

U r getting out of hand lately... was wondering if ur terriblel two was delayed and just got started.. anyway, I think u hv been feeling kind of down lately.. maybe u could not imagine what's life like with meimei who will be coming out soon.. No worries my dear, we ll help u cope ya?! I just hope to bring your tantrums to the minimum with plenty of patience... I wil keep trying!
